DESCRIPTION:Welcome to a workshop where you will get hands-on experience on how to grow\, take care of\, and prepare a meal of microgreens and sprouts! \nDuring Burnaby Festival of Learning\, we’re opening up our garden for anyone interested in learning more about how to use our garden’s commodities. You can expect to learn how to harvest microgreens from our Garden Coordinator Pablo Vismo\, while our guest facilitator and nutritionist Bara Lauferova will teach you how to prepare the harvested microgreens. \nCome join us for a day of sprouting wellness and leave with your own microgreens to nourish!
