SUMMARY:Do the Grind Blind Screening
DESCRIPTION:Do the Grind Blind is a documentary by Accessible Media Inc. (AMI) that follows nine youth who are blind or partially sighted\, each with a sighted guide who challenged themselves physically and mentally to reach the top of Grouse Mountain in the fall of 2017. The AMI production team followed the Blind Beginnings youth from the very first training hike through to the completion of the event\, highlighting their stories along the way. The film will be shown with Integrated Described Video and\, following the screening\, there will be a panel discussion with some of the youth featured in the film as well as the film producer\, Amit Tandon. Admission is free\, but tickets must be reserved in advance through Eventbrite.\nwww.sfu.ca/sfuwoodwards/events
