SUMMARY:Public Open House: Proposed Project on Parcel 17
DESCRIPTION:Intergulf Development Group is working with SFU Community Trust and the City of Burnaby on a development proposal for Parcel 17 at UniverCity on Burnaby Mountain. \nThe proposed development is a 13 storey residential tower comprised of 114 apartment units and 3 2-storey townhouse units fronting University Crescent. The design reflects site-specific guidelines and the new comprehensive development zoning for all lots in Phase 3 of UniverCity’s East Neighbourhood Plan. \nIntergulf Development Group will be hosting a Public Open House to introduce the development proposal and gather feedback from the community.
