DESCRIPTION:SFU’s Emergency Preparedness Days kicks off in the Town Square on Tuesday\, May 10th. Come experience what an 8.5 earthquake actually feels like in the Quake Cottage earthquake simulator. Afterward\, learn how to best protect yourself during an earthquake and how to be prepared for the aftermath\, including making or purchasing your own emergency kits.*\n*Please note that all participants will be required to sign waivers\, which can be viewed here. All SFU and FIC students will be required to show student ID cards. Guardian signatures will be required for anyone under the age of 19 without a valid student ID.
