SUMMARY:University Highlands Elementary Winter Concert
DESCRIPTION:The annual University Highlands Elementary Winter Concert is a holiday tradition bringing together students\, staff\, friends\, and families of UHE for an evening of music and holiday cheer. The students of UHE will lead the audience in an evening of storytelling and each class will be singing a holiday song for the audience to enjoy. The concert will also feature performances by the UHE band as well as returning and new member of the UniverCity community. \nThe UHE PAC will be having a concession and holiday gift box door prize by donations that evening to help raise funds to sponsor local families for the holidays through the Burnaby Christmas Bureau. One family will be sponsored using funds from the UniverCity Community Association Community Grant program. The UHE PAC will also be running a new toy drive to secure toys for the children and all remaining toys will be donated to the Burnaby Helping Families in Need Society to help more families enjoy the holiday season.
