Come out and see some Creepy Creatures and play with some Halloween-y hands-on science activities in the south concourse of the Academic Quadrangle, just outside Shrum Science Centre lecture hall B9200. There will be a presentation of the Phantom Physics and Cryptic Chemistry show twice at 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Check out this Youtube video to see how much fun science can be. Families are invited to dress and trick-or-treat for Halloween on the Heights from 3:30pm - 5:30pm. All participating merchants will display pumpkin decals on their window to show they are giving out treats. Make sure to stop by the Burnaby Central Railway at Confederation Park for the Annual Spooky (but not too spooky) Halloween Trains in the Dark. Book Donations for the SFU United Way Book Sale
United Way of the Lower Mainland and it's partners like SFU, raise funds for local agencies and programs that provide support to vulnerable children and seniors living in poverty.
