Curious about how to grow veggies in the winter? Join Michael at the Embark Learning Garden to find out about seasonal extension techniques and crop timing. The workshop will also include planting vegetables suited to our West Coast climate. No experience needed! Please note that this workshop is open to SFU students, staff and faculty. Embark Sustainability collects healthy fruits and vegetables that are deemed as a surplus and un-salable according to the food industry standards and redistributes it to the community.
