Food Rescue is a food recovery program. Embark Sustainability collects healthy fruits and vegetables that are deemed as surplus and un-salable according to food industry standards and redistribute it to the community. Hats Off Day is a huge, one-day extravaganza featuring a colourful main-street style parade with real local flavour, followed by a big street party.
