Food Rescue Distribution
Food Rescue is a food recovery program. Embark Sustainability collects healthy fruits and vegetables that are deemed as surplus and un-salable according to food industry standards and redistribute it to the university community. Drop by the food rescue distribution location and take home some produce. Donations of any amount are accepted.

It is important that everyone, from school aged children to seniors, understand that emergency preparedness is something in which we all play a very important role. When a disaster does strike, the protection is knowing what to do. Spend spring break learning and putting into practice, how to minimize home hazards, assemble emergency supplies and develop a family reunion plan. Free event, but registration is required.
