Public Open House: Parcel 31 Fraser Development

Mosaic invites you to review plans for their proposed development, Fraser. Mosaic is working with SFU Community Trust and the City of Burnaby on a development proposal for Parcel 31 at UniverCity on Burnaby Mountain.
The proposal includes a 5 storey residential building with 84 apartments, 15 garden townhomes and 32 townhomes. The development embraces UniverCity’s Slopes Neighbourhood Plan.
